Jewelry Tutorial App

Overview

JewelSchool is an online learning platform designed to make jewelry making education accessible, engaging, and beginner friendly. The goal of this project was to create a clean, welcoming experience that helps users explore courses, learn new skills, and feel confident getting started.

My Role

UX/UI Designer
• Wireframing
• Visual Design
• Mobile App Design
• User Flows

The Goal

Design an intuitive and visually inviting platform that:

• Helps beginners easily get started

• Clearly organizes course content

• Builds confidence through a guided experience

• Encourages users to explore and continue learning

The Solution

The final design focuses on clarity, structure, and approachability. By combining clean layouts with warm visuals, the platform guides users through course discovery and learning without feeling overwhelming.

Content is organized into clear sections, allowing users to quickly browse courses, understand what they'll learn, and take action with confidence.

Key Features

Structured Course Browsing- Users can easily explore available courses with clear categories and previews.

Beginner-Friendly Layout- Simple navigation and clear hierarchy reduce overwhelm

Visual Learning Focus- Imagery and layout emphasize hands on, creative learning.

Clear Call-to-Actions- Encourage users to enroll and continue their learning journey.

Micro-interaction example: A subtle "twinkle" animation introduces the interface, creating a polished first impression while reinforcing creativity and delight.

The Outcome

The JewelSchool concept demonstrates how thoughtful design can make learning platforms more accessible and engaging. By prioritizing clarity and user confidence, the experience supports beginners while still offering room for growth.

This project strengthened my ability to design structured, user friendly interfaces for educational platforms and reinforced the importance of balancing functionality with visual warmth.
