I’m a UX/UI designer with a background in human services and customer-facing leadership roles. My experience has taught me how to listen closely, think practically, and solve problems with empathy. I'm especially interested in creating intuitive, visually polished interfaces that help people navigate tasks with confidence.

I come from a background in human services, retail leadership, and hands-on work environments where problem solving and communication were essential. Through these roles, I developed a strong understanding of people's needs, how to navigate challenges, and how to create positive experiences in everyday situations.
These experiences naturally led me to UX/UI design, where I can combine empathy, structure, and creativity to build thoughtful, user-friendly digital products.
Skills
I'm drawn to UX/UI design because it focuses on solving real problems for real people. I enjoy understanding how people use and interact with products and finding ways to make those experiences clearer, smoother, and more intuitive.
For me, design is about creating solutions that feel simple and natural to use.
I'm currently building my portfolio through design projects and real-world work while continuing to strengthen my skills in UX research, UI design, and prototyping.
I'm also exploring how AI tools can support the design process–from idea generation to streamlining my design workflow–as I work toward transitioning into a full-time UX/UI role.
Whether you have a project in mind or just want to connect, I'd love to hear from you.
